I've sent two emails to guest services over the past year, and for both, I received an automated email almost immediately, and a phone call to follow up within a couple weeks.
One of the calls I was very happy with, as the CM seemed to have really read and understood both my compliments and my concerns, and we had a great conversation. The second one, not so much. I felt I was being patronized and my concerns brushed under the rug. Since it was a safety issue, it still bothers me.
