Email to guest services

I emailed a couple of months ago and got nothing back, no automated reply, no personal reply. Got better from a complaint to home depot.
 

I've sent several emails. Each time I got an auto response within 10 minutes and then a phone call within 5 days. If I missed the phone call a voicem ail was left and a follow up email sent.

My experience has been that guest services is VERY responsive.

Would you please share which email address you used?

As more than 10 minutes have passed since 2nd email & still nothing?!
 
I've sent two emails to guest services over the past year, and for both, I received an automated email almost immediately, and a phone call to follow up within a couple weeks.

One of the calls I was very happy with, as the CM seemed to have really read and understood both my compliments and my concerns, and we had a great conversation. The second one, not so much. I felt I was being patronized and my concerns brushed under the rug. Since it was a safety issue, it still bothers me.

I wonder if it simply comes down to who deals with your email-that's unsettling though if your 2nd matter was not really addressed & clearly not resolved.
