Email Pin offer and ressie question

Ok - So I had to cancel my Feb 26th-March 11th trip... sad.

But, I was looking at a new time and the best time I can go is May 14th-28th... well, I looked at that and saved the offer to see what would happen.

The next day, I get an email about my saved offer and there was a section on the side with an offer and PIN.. it said to click there to do on-line... I did.

Found a great price for those dates, a few hundred less than the saved offer (which was already a discount).

Anyway.. booked it. THen go to the My Reservations on disneys site.. looks good.. says it is a pin offer. Then clicking the details it shows the info.. but on the right side it has "notes and information" with a florida resident thing saying to show proof of residency.

Why is that there? My profile says im in NJ.. nothing in the offer or booking process said anything about florida. When I looked at the offers it always said "pinned offer" huh? Is that there for anyone else ?

Can anyone else say what they see when they look up their reservation on the disneyworld.com site?

I would suggest that you call Disney ASAP to find out what is going on. And if you still have the original email with the PIN, go check that out and make sure it doesn't say anything about Florida resident....Hope it is just a mistake on the website that goes in your favor!

Well, now it's gone from my reservation when i look at it on the disney site.

now if only my travel partner doesn't get sick again and make me cancel! I'll be looking for someone to go with me if that happens again!

Same exact thing happened to me and we are from Texas. I called last week about it, but their computers were down. Just logged on to check the reservation and the Florida resident thing is gone on mine too. Must have been a glitch.
