Email for complaits about BLT

My sister and her family own at BLT and stayed there over Christmas they have numerous complaints and want to feel like they have been heard and like they are gonna make some changes, I guess, but what email address should I give them. They have already called a few times with no real repsonse.

The best way to be heard is to talk to a manager face to face at the front desk. A follow up email to member satisfaction is also advised.
