email confirmation ??

I´m waithing for a email confirmation from a member now for 3 days is that normal ? Im a renter and last time i got the email the same day .
And what a bout a resarvation number ?

They should be able to provide a reservation number immediately after the reservation has been made and the confirmation email usually comes within hours - if they asked for it by email. If they want a written confirmation, it could take 7-10 days.

Hopefully no money has been sent until after you received the confirmation number and have been able to confirm it as a valid reservation.
