Hi guys. We just returned from a nice trip but I had a problem with our tickets and need an address for someone that can help with a complaint about our park tickets.

I don't know if any of you remember way back in early 02 when they offered the special 7 day tickets that they quickly changed to 5 day tickets. If so this is what these were.

I had bought them right away when this promotion started. I bought a total of 8 adult and 1 child. My 17 YO DS and a friend of his were supposed to go with us but ended up backing out at the last minute. It was no problem since we knew we would be going again this summer and they were supposed to be good for 2 years.

The problem came when we tried to use them this summer. Myself and DD had Power Passes and DH and DS were using these. They would not work in the turnstiles so they sent us to Guest Services.

The problem was settled but I am concerned about it and want to discuss it with someone in charge. I was told that these tickets were part of a lot of 1000 tickets that were bought and refunded. They insisted that I bought them from an outside dealer. I had the receipt with me from Universal's website but it made them no difference.

They were originally going to give me 2 - 1 day comp tickets but I refused them. I had paid for 7 day tickets and we were planning on being their for 3 days and were staying onsite. After spending an hour of my time dealing with this and my DH and children sitting outside they finally gave me 2 - 3 day comp tickets. This covered what we had planned but it was not what I had paid for.

What if we had decided to visit another day during our trip? We were there for 14 days.

Have they done this to other people?

I just want to be sure they understand they were wrong. This was charged to my credit card by Universal and was not refunded but they insisted that it was. It really put a damper on our time there and I really don't know if I will trust them with ordering tickets through them again.

We love the Universal parks but don't want to have to experience this again.

So does anyone have an address I can send something to?
