Anyone know an email address for these folks? I'd like to get a recipe for a blueberry/pistachio/blue cheese topping they were serving atop their pork tenderloin last week.

I doubt I could ever cook pork like they do (with their big oak fire ovens and all), but I'd like to incorporate this topping on our grilled steaks.

Assistance, as always, is mucho appreciated :)

I saw that picture you posted and I want to try that pork! Next week if its still on the menu I will be ordering that. I always get the risotto and need to try something different. Here is the direct phone # (407) 224-4534. I am unaware of an email for them. If you want I can ask the chef when we're there.

Thanks for the info, Fan2. I'll give them a buzz and see if they "share" recipes.

I, too, always get the risotto, but this trip, we did two Mythos lunches. It was funny; we all wanted to try everything on the menu, so we were strategically picking our meals between six of us for two different days so we could all try something new.

I don't think you'll regret getting the pork if they still have it. From the picture, it might not *look* too appetizing, but it's phenomenal!

Ugh...now I need to try the pad thai!!!

If you have any problem let me know and i will see what i can do next time i am there. :cool2:

Thanks to both posters who offered to give me a hand if I'm unable to get this off the phone.

I've been needing to incorporate more blueberries into my diet -- but my physician tells me that pouring a cup of heavy whipping cream over them in a bowl defeats blueberries' healthy-heart properties :confused3

Hopefully incorporating them with some butter, cheese and nuts as a topping for a steak will be better ;)

Hogwash! Now instead of benefiting from the antioxidant capacity of blueberries alone, you get the added bonus of calcium for your bones. ;):lmao: Please let us know how you make out!

Update: Called Mythos, left message, they called me back. Someone from the kitchen will email me the recipe this afternoon when things "quiet down" from lunch. Said it wasn't a problem at all sharing a recipe.

I'm so excited :goodvibes :goodvibes :goodvibes

Just returned from the produce mart, and the blueberries are in full swing! I'm going to put a few on our salads tonight (we'll have big salads for dinner with a scoop of tuna) like the one DH and DM had at Mythos, and I'm hoping I have the recipe as they promised so I can make that crusty goo for some baked chicken tomorrow. Too much steak on vay-cay. Time to lighten things up a bit back at home now.

Mmm...mmmm...good :)

February or March or both were National Blueberry month, so Chef Mark decided to incorporate blueberries into the menu in some fashion. Just wait till National Rutabega month rolls around!!!!:cool2:

Mmmm!!! Rutabega :)

Still no word from Mythos on the blueberry goo recipe :sad1:

I'll try again Monday morning if I haven't heard by then.
