It's NOT a one size fits all recovery One family this will be their first day in MK, another their last, and all the different scenarios in between How the heck do you make it up to someone ? Nope not going to happen SHOULD have been a back-up plan but how do you unring this bell ?

You give them a FP+ good for anything in the park for a specific time period/day, and let each family make the decision of how they can best use that FP+.

We saw three different Elsa 'friends' while we were there earlier this month. We wanted to get a particular friend of Anna's

The friend of Anna's that we waited to see is also Merida and Ariel's friend. My dd has been able to get to see her friend being friends with each of those characters.

According to prior posts, this is the way CMs are taught by Disney to speak about the CM portraying the character. Just like the way we talk about Santa.

PP knows a person who was hired to be a character. Those hired to be characters are called "friends" of characters so she is a friend of the friend. Clear as mud?

But don't you make a fast pass for Anna and Elsa? Not just for entrance to Princess Fairytale Hall?

To me, if my FP says Anna and Elsa, and I don't meet them- the attraction was "down".

That would be like using a FP for Space Mountain, but it being "different" and getting loaded into Barnstormer instead. I mean- it's still a rollercoaster/ it's still a face character. Same thing, right?

If I'm wrong, and the FP is just for Fairytale Hall, then okay.

The Fp is specifically for Anna and Elsa. If you went to Guest Services and assertively presented your case, the CMs would do what they need to do for Guest Recovery. The OP never returned to provide more info other than the initial post stating Elsa was missing for one meet and greet set.

The odds are that there were three other "friends of Elsa" in PFH: one onstage and two preparing for their next sets... with Management making the call as to which 4th "friend of Elsa" needed to be brought in as quickly as possible.

Anna is better! Apart from delivering the movie's Big Song, Elsa is kind of a terrible, one-note character. Even the happy ending doesn't really redeem her all that much.

Anna carries the movie and doesn't get any love!

I don't know. I know she changed her mind and all..... but I just can't get past her agreeing to marry someone an hour after meeting him. Give me Elsa any day. Besides, she has a dress with sparkles.

I love this part... I feel like Disney is finally poking fun at themselves for using this storyline over and over... it has become a tale as old as time and Elsa said: Wait, hold up, no way, that isn't how this works...that isnt how any of this works!
