We were there from Aug 29 to Sept 2nd, and we saw that they had dresses at Wandering Oaken's and at Sir Mickey's. The dresses at Oaken's were the same ones that are normally stocked at the Disney Store, while the ones at Sir Mickey's were the Disney Parks dresses. I know I saw the Sir Mickey's dress up to XL (size 14/16). DD8 has the Disney Store model, and DD2 has the Disney Parks dress. I think the one from the Disney Store is much nicer and has held up much better.
Are they the same design? My DIL has asked us to pick one up for my granddaughter in October (the local Disney Store has said they are only available in the parks now) and I'm not sure which one she wants. I presume they are priced differently too.
We have even tried calling Disney Parks Merchandise directly and they will not ship one.

The design is different. I'll see if I can dig up some photos. I know the Disney Parks dress is $64.95. We paid $49.95 for the Disney Store dress, but I didn't look at the price when we were at HS, so I wouldn't be surprised if it's higher.
Founds some pictures. The big girls are wearing the Disney Store dress and the sassy little one is in the Disney Parks model. The Disney Parks dress comes in a XXS (size 2/3), but the Store dress starts at a 3, and that was much too big. The netting on the parks model keep coming apart. We've had to reglue it several times.
