All Disneystores will ship. (i assumes TDS.com is sold out). While there is no "free shipping", it is usually shipped the same day, or next day. So you might get it faster than TDS.com There is a guest relations type phone number that I think can tll you what stores have the item you need, in stock. (Clothing being a bit tricky because each size has a different sku.)
We may sell out of the soft doll of Elsa too; we do have a good amount of the classic Barbie sized dolls and the toddler dolls, so far.
Disney has seemed to have underestimated the popularity of Elsa in general. I think that Anna was meant to be the main character/star of Frozen, but it seems to be Elsa who has captured the majority of the audience.
Maybe that's just the fact that I've been searching for the last few days for an Elsa Sparkle doll and will now be waiting for the doors to open at my Toys R Us on Wednesday because they told me they're getting a shipment of 16 of them in on Tuesday night. **cry**

I was lucky enough to get the 14 for my DD but it's big on her. BBB said they get any dresses that come in to MK and they sell out immediately. DTD last Thursday had a few sizes, they said they also go as soon as they're put out. We got the last Elsa crown at BBB and I saw none anywhere else the rest of our trip last week. Emporium on Main St in MK had a few wands but as soon as they put them out, they go.
To meet Anna and Elsa in Epcot, it was a 2 hour wait (we chose not to wait).
My daughter loves the dress. It's very cute.
