ELP Times

The September parade times are still not posted on disneyland.com. What time does the parade run when DCA closes at 9pm?

We are eating at the Trattoria that night and I would like to change my time to be outside during the parade if at all possible.

The parade starts at 8:45, I believe. The park stays open, though, until the parade makes its way through the full parade route. We were there last month, and sitting in the main plaza area (the end of the route) it was about 9 pm before it even reached us.

I think in years past that the Electric Light Parade goes dark from Labor Day until Christmas, but I'm not fully positive. But if you visit in early September, then PP is correct in that it would be at 8:45.

Thanks for the info -- I was speaking just from my experience last month, and it never entered my mind that Disney would NOT have this on the schedule in September -- silly me.

It looks like the daily schedule is posted now, and there's no ELP at all in September (Labor Day being September 1st this year). The last day the ELP shows up is August 31st .

They traditionally do show the DEP on Labor Day. So hopefully the last day will be September 1st, and they just haven't added it to the calendar yet.
