ELP and Aladdin

Anybody know if they're both gone for good come September? Is it an "End of the 50th" thing or a seasonal thing? If, historically, they go away in Sept., when do they come back?

It is my understanding that Aladin will be dark for about a month (early Sept- into Oct). They will be doing some recasting. Last year, ELP went dark from Sept until right before Christmas. It ran a couple weeks during the holidays, then went dark again until spring break. I would guess that could be the plan again. Nothing official has been announced at this time.

How disappointing about ELP - that is a big enough highlight for us (I remember it from my childhood, and dd loves parades) that I won't book a trip during that time - I noticed some good deals on airfare for Sept-Oct and was thinking of going then.
