Eloping? Memories, escape, wishes or something else all together?

Ok so there is nothing traditional about my life. My partner is 13 years older then me with two teenage girls, 13 and 16 (soon to be 14 and 17 this summer, I can't believe it how fast time goes by)
Ok so i been going back and forth with ideas of celebrating our relationship, legal marriage or commitment ceremony (this is due to the overwhelming reality of divorce, it has affected both of us in different ways) Recently partner suggested we just elope. So got me thinking, well first let me say we both love disney, what if we just had the best vacation to disney ever doing things like stay at club level, preferable a suite so we can have so privacy. We cud have an escape ceremony. We could do a family portrait session and wedding portraits in the theme parks. We could do things like fireworks cruises, private dining, chefs table at Victoria and Alberts. Does anyone have any other ideas of things to do at disney that are special and not normally done on a typical disney trip? Also any suggests on best club level resort or best suite on property?

All those ideas you mentioned sound great! Other things we have done on our honeymoon and subsequent anniversary trips are the Dine With An Imagineer program, parasailing, a variety of tours, and holding a private fireworks dessert party at Epcot.
