Elliot's Wish Trip... Video of our entire trip posted! (post 492)

Life has been so hectic! Addison, Elliot and I have all had sinus infections in the past 2 weeks. Last Saturday I put Trevor on a plane to my mom's house in Naples, FL and tomorrow Addison, Elliot and I will be joining him for a few days! I am so ready to relax and spend some time with my mom and sister... plus go to the beach!! I had really hoped to get an update done before we left, but my computer was really messed up so I ended up rebuilding it last week. It's acting much better, but I still have not loaded any of my pictures back on it.

Yesterday was the Walk for Wishes and it was awesome! We raised $325. They had bounce houses, face painting, balloon animals and so much more to do after the walk. I hope we can do this every year!

No excuses for my absence, I have been here and I THOUGHT I had responded...I really AM lost in the heat zone!. Your pics are GORGEOUS and the welcome home party...best idea EVER to ward off the blues of a Disney MAW trip! My heart goes out to you about all of the house woes and the flooding, it shouldn't be this difficult to come home from such a magical time and have to get right back in the minutia of life! I truly AM sorry! You have become like extended family to me and I truly do care what happens! I hope today is a day full of joy and wonder and that you are able to find time to rest (I know you work the weekends). I am still here when you have time to post!

We went to my moms last week and had a great time. My brother and his girlfriend were also in town so my mom was over the moon that all three of her kids and all three grandkids were together! My mom has a neighbor that has 4 kids that are perfect ages for mine to play with... so perfect that no one wanted to come home! We spent a lot of time in the pool, went to the beach and to a small water park. I was flying standby (a work perk, most of the time) and when we returned we were bumped off our second flight because of overbooking and spent 12 hours in the Baltimore airport... good times!!! We made the best of it though!

What an AMAZING TRIP!!! I am so happy you were able to have some time away, I am sure it helped with any
Disney Withdrawal. I am worried about that after the trip is over...

where does the time go?!?! this summer is going fast, I never get computer time with the kiddo's all home demanding stuff I'm sad to report that it might take me even longer before posting another update because I am going to have surgery next Wednesday and am not sure how long I am going to be down and out. Then again, maybe I will finally have DIS time again
