I only really get into a game if I am impressed with the avatar. They seem very flat and not very animated. I guess VMK really spoiled me with its awesomeness.

I have to say that they have the most amazing customer service.

I emailed them about a couple of issues today and got almost instant responses. My aliceblue name was on the list but I was asked to change it when I logged in. I explained it had been my VMK name and that was all it took for them to let me keep it. (Apparently a moderator thought it might be a real first and last name.) How wonderful to communicate with real humans!

The lag issues have improved quite a lot for me.
