Alas, the previous poster has steered you to the locations serving funnel cakes. For those of us who love elephant ears, these similar fried goodies just do not do the trick.
Once upon a time, outside of Canada, in Epcot, you could watch as they prepared a "Beaver Tail." The name was different, but as the Bard's words suggested, it was just as sweet as the Elusive Elephant Ear.
Then they no longer did the deep frying before your eyes, but you could still get a decent Elephant Ear, masquerading as a Beaver Tail.
For the past few years, the world has been bereft of any elephant ears, even when going by another name.
I am so sorry, for both of us.
In the Boulagerie, at Epcot, they serve something called an Elephant Ear, but it bears little resemblance to the treat which goes by that name in this country. It was a little puffy thing slathered in a syrup. Nice, but not an Elephant Ear from my culinary past.
