I use both a stroller and the cute leashes. My DS5 has a bigger backpack/leash from Jeep that he can actually carry quite a bit in if he wants. Leashes are great, even for que's because little one's don't like to stand there and wait. My DS2 would run in a line to get up front if given a chance. I know you will have a wheelchair, but there is still a lot of waiting involved with that. Sometimes I still carry my DS2 in my ergo carrier too, depending on how wild he's feeling that day. Definately take pictures in the morning and have your number where it can be found. Also, let the older children know who to talk to, if they were to get lost.

We had 2 adults, 3 teenagers and a 3 yr old when we went and we used an unicorn backpack leash like the money one. I see them in Pooh, Tigger and other Disney characters now too.

We also had a stroller with us and we taught her that at Disney and while travelling (airports and such) that she is either in her stroller or has her harness on and someone is holding the leash. If she wanted out of the stroller she would put her harness on herself and had one of us her leash which ever person she chose. I was paranoid we would lose her and she was worried she would lose us so it worked great and she always made sure someone was holding that leash or she yelled to get our attention lol.

The last time we went she was 5 and we didn't use the leash and she was quite concerned when she found out we wouldn't use it this time and stuck to us like glue. She never let us out of her sight.

I personally would always use one of those when they are little and we are in crowded areas. We also wrote on the inside of her wrist (under her sleeve) with a permanent marker our cell numbers. If she did get lost she could show them our number to call us. It does wear off though when they sweat alot, swim, or go on water rides so check it often.
