Electrical Parade/Light Show/Wishes

Looking at the times these events occur, they seem to run consecutively (at least when I'll be there in February). Can I view them all from the same location or are they happening at different spots in the Magic Kingdom?

You can watch all three from Main Street. The electrical parade can be seen anywhere on the sidewalks of mainstreet, adventureland, and liberty square. If you plan on watching all three shows in a row, I would plan on watching the parade on a sidewalk closer to the partner statue (walt and mickey). This way you can watch celebrate the magic right after and have no obstructions. Wishes is AMAZING from main street, but due to that it can get very crowded. For the parade I would arrive about an hour to an hour and a half early to make sure you have a guaranteed spot.
