Electrical Parade in August?

The schedule for DL isn't out for August yet, but someone told me in another thread that the EP will run every night in the summer.

I'm trying to book a trip using free travel vouchers, just to see this parade. The availabilty is very limited, and the best time for me to go is 8/18 returning on 8/21.

So can someone assure me that the parade will be running on those days? Especially maybe someone who works there and has seen a schedule or something?

I've got the reservation on hold until tomorrow, and really want to get this booked.

You should be fine. The Electrical Parade should be running nightly through Labor Day at which point it will go dark until Christmas week. That is the way it has been the last few years. I can so understand your wanting to see this, its my favorite too!

I don't work at DL but since nobody has answered your question yet thought I would go ahead and try to put your mind at ease. Nothing is ever in stone at Disneyland and everything is always "subject to change without notice" but I feel certain it will be running over those dates.

That weekend last year was a real zoo as far as crowds go. We try to avoid the weekends as much as possible. Have fun.

We were there the last week of Aug 2006 and ELP was running each night of our stay. I don't think you'll have any problems.
