Where is the fastpass section for the electrical light parade? Can you stay there for Wishes?

Where is the fastpass section for the electrical light parade? Can you stay there for Wishes?

I'm not sure that they will continue offering a FP+ for MSEP.

Location is in Town Square, seen below.
You can stay there for Wishes.

HOWEVER... that location is a poor place to view Wishes.
AND... It is a terrible location to see "Celebrate the Magic" which starts
15 min. before Wishes.
(Many consider CtM to be more exciting and entertaining than
the parade or Wishes.)
