Electric Water Parade

I've read posts regarding watching the electric water parade from the beaches of the monorail hotels. I'm totally unfamiliar with this, and was wondering if you could see this from all the hotels--the Contem, GF, and Poly, or not?

Any help with location and timing for catching the show is appreciated. Thanks.

Those three as well as from the Wilderness Lodge -- each has its own showtime, and there is sometimes a separate show for the Magic Kingdom itself.

In all the times that I have seen this show, which has been from numerous places, the Poly would be the best. My favorite place to see it is on the Poly beach right past the volcano pool.
