Electric water parade and window seat a 'Ohana's?

The night we are dining at 'Ohana's, wishes is at 9:30. I have read the water parade is a 9pm. If we should get really lucky and get a good window seat, will we be able to view the parade from inside 'Ohana's?

We were at a window seat 2 weeks ago. We were able to see the water parade for the most part. There were a few small obstructions. It was beautiful. What time is your PS for???
