Electric Water Pageant

I was wondering if anyone knew if the EWP would be taking place when we are at WDW in Sept. We are going to be there 9/21 through 9/28. Last year in September, I called and one of the CMs at the info number told me that it was not showing that time of year, unless MK is open late. The whole time we were there, MK closed "early", so we did not get to see it.

Yesterday, I called the DC line and the CM said that as far as she could tell, the EWP would take place every night. She said she did not think the closing of MK would affect the running of the EWP. Does anyone know for sure or where I could check? I have checked a bunch of sites, official and unofficial, with no definitive answers. We have yet to see it (or any other parades, fireworks, Fantasmic for that matter) & I told my DH that we were were going to do it this year.....or else!!

As far as I know, they run it every night. The only exceptions are usually weather related.

Honestly, while I love the EWP, it's not really something you need to go out of your way for. It's only about 10 minutes long and it is cute. But if it were between Spectromagic or Fantasmic and EWP, go for the bigger shows.

It has always run nightly whenever I've been there. Cool, free fun!
