Electric Water Pageant Question

I've seem to found that the Electric Water Pageant in MK will be at Contemporary Resort at 10.05pm - but what happens when the park is only open until 8pm?

I am planning on visiting Sunday 11 Jan with MK park hours being 9am - 8am. ALTHOUGH it is a EMH day with the park being open 3 hours extra in the evening so would the electric water pageant still go ahead and reach Contemporary Resort at 10.05pm? And if so I take it it would just be for resorts guests to see and enjoy or people dining in the hotels? Am I right in thinking this?

Am trying to get my trip planner organised and on Sun 11 Jan we have dinner booked for 9pm at Contemporary Resort and it would be fantastic to be able to see the Electric Water Pageant at the same time!

Sorry no advise to give but wanted to say that we are hoping to do this too and I have the same info as you with it passing Contemporary at 10.05.

We have a table booked at the CG for 9.20pm on Feb 14th and MK is open until 11pm that day. I am hoping that we may be able to see the EWP from the CG balcony.

I searched around the net a bit for information on doing this and it seems that you can see it from CG although it isn't as impressive as it is so far away and you can't hear the music. I am still planning to try though.

You've made me think now with the MK closing at 11 maybe the EWP will be later than 10.05?

Hi we havent been yet, but from my research I think it's the same time every night whatever time the parks close. This is the information I've found in the Brit Guide & Unoffical guides :

Electrical Water Pageant - every night weather permitting starting at the Poly @ 9pm, GF @ 9:15 (grandstand view if eating @ Narcoosees, 9.35 @ WL, 9.45 @ FW & 10.05 @ Comtemporary. It also says you can get a good view from the MK boat jetties

EWP doesn't go in the MK its on the SSL.

Yes it does run every night no matter what time MK closes (it gets old very quickly if you are staying at the hotel ). If you go out to the beach area at the Contemporary you will be able to see and hear it no problem at all.

Not for me it doesn't, I love it!
I watched it most nights from our room at WL earlier this year.

When we stayed at Wilderness Lodgfe last year it ran every night and it was possible to see and hear it from our balcony

As said before, it travels on The Seven Seas Lagoon, so doesn't matter what time parks close. We thought it was worth viewing

Im not staying at a MK resort but would love to see ewp. Would I get a better view from outside MK or by going to a resort? Where do you think is best?

will it be viewable from california grill at contemporary resort or is it best to just sit on the beach? i have dinner booked for 9pm and doubt we'll be done by 10pm - or will we?
