Electric Light Parade Question

We are staying @ AKL, have ressies @ CR for dinner @ 6:40, is it possible to hang out there for ELWP? If we can, whats the best way to get back to our resort?(we are driving to WDW)

Yes,you can stay at the CR after your meal until the parade.You can just go down to the marina and watch it from there.If you drive your car,I think there is a three hour parking limit there for the restaurants.I always use Disney Transportation.I would suggest taking a bus from AKL to AK and transfer from there to the CR bus.For your return trip,you can either walk or take the monorail to Magic Kingdom and catch an AKL bus there.

Or, you can take the MK bus from AKL and walk to CR, and reverse it to go back...all depends on the closing time for MK that day, and when the buses stop running. If you try to get a bus from AKL to AK that late, you may find that AK is closed already and no buses are running there, which would waste a bit of time waiting for a bus that never shows up. MK almost always is open later than AK.

Or, for $15 or so, you can take a cab! We did that one night when we were sooooooooo tired and didn't want to stand in line for a bus back to POFQ after Illuminations. It was so worth it!
