this is Shirley, an ol' conch from Key West. I have a great deal of information on Key West that is for no cost except for the large manilla envelope and the stamps to send it to you - you just send me a large envelope - put about $3.50 worth of stamps on it - self address it and I fill it up and send it back to you.
Now I had been recommending the electric cars there on the corner of Duval and Truman for they are SUPPOSE to give the renters 20% if they get my business card - they offered to give me the amount and I asked that it be passed down to the cruisers - I have heard good and bad reports - you can ask to speak to Sandy or Phil and tell them I gave you the information and see what they tell you - they will come and get you from the port and take you back, but the bad part is they will NOT take reservations which has caused some problems - I do not know of another electric car company in Key West but since new stuff is always popping up, there could be competion by now.
