Electric Boat Parade & weather

Does anyone know if the electric boat parade still sails if the weather is not great. We just saw it in June but our friends have not seen it and I would rather see Wishes. I am actually hoping the parade is cancelled, can you tell? We are staying over Sat night.
Does anyone know if it goes on in bad weather?

It is cancelled if the weather is too bad..ie stormy or very windy. It will still occur if it's just cold.

But on a Saturday night, couldn't you do both?
