El Pirata Y'el Perico

Anyone know if this restaurant is going to be open 9/21-9/30, it says open seasonally, but what is their season?? I was thinking that maybe with so many people on free dining that they may have it open for more food choices.

I have only tried it once, but it is a nice alternative to hamburgers and chicken fingers....

I hope it is open next month when we go, we love this place but it is always closed. At least Peco Bills has taco salads now.

I would honestly doubt it will be open - it was not open this summer except during the Pirate and Princess Parties - and by that I mean it did not even open that day until the party time.

This is one of our favorite places to eat and so many times it's closed. We were hoping for it to be open the last week of this month but I doubt we will be that lucky. If anyone knows for sure please let us know!! Thanks.

While there in August the sign for El Pirata said that it was open 11-3 each day. Maybe it is just a lunch place now.

I saw they are having a "Dinner Buffet test" 9/22-10/5 on Deb's site. I tried to get an ADR but castmember said it would be walk up only.

We have been the past few Sept's and leaving again on Sat. and we have seen in open o few times but not consistant. I wouldn't plan on it but if it is it would be a nice treat. We are hopeful we can catch it open one day for lunch.

You can call dinning and ask what are the hours. I just did that for CHH for MNSSHP because I didn't want to miss it, and glad I did because that night they close at 8.

I don't think I've ever seen this place open. Not once.

And I've been to WDW about 45 times. I must just be going at the wrong times!

We ate their for lunch twice during our trip in June. The taco salads were great on such a hot day. We really enjoyed being able to top them ourselves with the fixings bar. The restaurant was crazy crowded the days we ate there too.

Sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but you need to look again...you missed the 2005 part of that dinner buffet test.

It was open the week of Memorial Day, we ate lunch there. It was very good too!

It is generall y only open during the busiest times..Like easter, christmas, etc

Not seen this place open in YEARS of course we go at off season times. Really miss it too it was my fav in the MK
