I worked there during my College program when it was open... which was only at times of really high attendence. It may have changed, but when I was there it was only open around Thanksgiving and Christmas, around 4th of July, and sometimes in the summer. I'm curious about their "seasonal operation" too, since I LOVED the vegetarian tacos..

We just got back and it was only open from 5 to 10 on the days of the Halloween Party.

Ate there the in mid-March last year. Seemed to be open every day that week, at least for lunch.
