I will have to check that book outI suggest you get the Hal Leonard guitar books it really teaches you the steps of learning in the right way and the way that won't you get frustrated at the start. I suggest since you are just starting out and your fingers and tips aren't used to the rigors of guitar positioning and placement just practice up to 1 hour per day. Star with the basic chords and do a lot of reps on each chord then when you get down a few chords try chord changes and add more and more as you go along. Then move onto notes and fingering. You will be playing in no time.
