We are thinking about taking a trip to WDW for spring break. We would like to stay 8 days/9 nights. Is there an 8-day park hopper or will I have to buy a 7-day and a single-day?

I've searched this forum as well as allearsnet.com and haven't found an answer.

Thanks

I think you probably would want to buy the 10 day ticket if you want to go everyday. The 10 day ticket is only $5 or 10 more I think, so it would be cheaper to buy the 10 day then a 7 plus 1.

I would stay with the 7 day. The extra day could be spent at DD, Boardwalk, resort, DQ, or a water park. We sometimes use an extra day for one of these plus a character meal.

A 10 day park hopper that expires (no plus features) is only like $10 more then the 7 day.

We are going for 8 days & have bought the 10 day one.

If you go to the resort board, there's info that there may be an 8 and 9 day ticket. There is a thread over there about now having 10 day packages too with dining included. I'd wait if you can to see what happens. I called today and CRO didn't know anything about the 10 day package...at least not the ones I talked to.

We just bought the 10 day ticket. It is the next ticket after the 7 day.

And they are right. For an adult ticket it is only $10 more for the 10 day over the 7 day. For a child ticket, it is only $7 more for the 10 day over the 7day.

My wife agreed with an earlier post that said stick with the 7day and go to DTD or a resort. We will still go to DTD but since we bought the 10 day ticket, we can go to a park and shop, see a parade, or ride that favorite ride, etc. For me it makes good sense to go ahead and buy the extended length ticket for the small amount you have to pay.

If Disney does come out with an 8 and 9 day ticket do you think the 10 day will go up in price? If there is only $10 between 7 and 10, that doesn't leave much room for pricing 8 and 9 day tickets.

It's only three dollars (incl. tax)from the five day to the six and three dollars from the six to the seven. With or without the plus pack or hopping.

If you bought the plus pack with the 7 day ticket and restricted one day to the water parks, etc. the entire ticket will last all eight of your days.

If you have two days left over on a ten day pass, it is probably not worthwhile to add non-expiration before you go home, that'l cost you $107 (incl. tax) ($59. for a 7 day).
