Am I imagining things - or is there such a thing as "powdered" eggs?
Also, can Egg Beaters be frozen?
I need a way to have eggs on hand all the time - in case I need them for baking or what not - but don't feel comfortable using eggs that have been in the fridge for an extended length of time..
One of the times I came down with food poisoning and was hospitalized for a week, it was due to egg salad - so I'm very leery where eggs are concerned..
