Eggs Anyone?

DS is interested in a good omelet at DW. Any ideas? We love the omelet stations at many of the Universal Loews Hotels. Do any of the food courts at the hotels have omelet stations? Thanks.

I would try Fresh at the Dolphin, while it is a breakfast buffet, it is a very cool buffet where many of the items are cooked fresh right there in front of you.

the best omelette i have ever had in wdw was at the 1900 park fair breakfast... a GREAT omelette station... yummmy!

Fresh has very good omlettes, made in front of you. Another great omlette is at Boatwrights--called the Blueprint, you can get it with any (or all) of 11-12 ingredients. I always get mine with ham, bacon, sausage, and three different kinds of cheese. YUM!!!

The Grand Floridian Cafe sells frittata's. I believe I saw them on their menu.

I really enjoyed the vegetable frittata that's available over at Everything Pop (the Pop Century food court) -- very tasty and a welcome addition to a value resort's breakfast menu.

I agree that Boma is an excellent choice for a wide range of egg dishes, including omelettes made to order. It's my favorite breakfast.

not that i recall (and i've been there twice)... they did however have some awesome egg dishes on the buffet...

Here's another vote for POR's Boatwrights Blueprint Omlette...best egg dish I've ever had. You can get all those meats mentions by Uncleromulus, plus 3-4 cheese and veggies like tomatoes, onions, peppers, spinach, mushrooms and I think even broccoli. You can have all of those things or any combo your heart desires. It's sooooo very very good and filling. They also have good taters and biscuits.

Darn I was looking forward to those. It says omelets on the menu, maybe they are on the buffet. What about 1900 Park Fair do they have made to order?
