Eek Help RE Security Clothes Tag

I bought some PJ's when I was in DLRP and I've just taken them out of the bag and the security tag is still on them. It's attatched through the top to the bottoms so can't even cut a label off like I have done in the past. Would the Disney Store in the uk know what to do?

Can't see there being a problem if you've got a receipt.

Have you tried a pair of pliers? DD tried on a pair of trainers on Sunday & the tag was stopping the laces moving. I took it off by hand & later replaced it!

If you have the receipt I'd go into Disney Store as some tags have a coloured dye to prevent tampering

I'd suggest going into your local Disney store, or maybe another store you know well.If you explain what has happened and show your receipt, I am sure they will help.
It happened to us this year with an umbrella but DH managed to get it off without any damage.Although,obviously an umbrella is different to clothing.

Just spoke to DH who is a retail manager. Kick off big time and you tell them it spoilt your holiday..... They will sort it quick and you may get some Vouchers etc off your next holiday.

Thanks for the replies, going to pop in to the disney store tomorrow. Dh pointed out the same thing happened with a coat I bought one time and I took it back to the disney shop and they took it off for me. You can tell it's DLP as it is an exclusive but will take my receipt.

Yes The Disney Store will help you out here, my fiancée used to work there and lots of people came in with tags on from DLP (maybe they forget a lot there!).

As long as you've got the receipt they'll whip it off for you in no time
