EE for Disney Hotels???

I'm getting conflicting info here. Several people have posted that you get early entry if you're staying at one of the 3 Disney Hotels, but the Disneyland website doesn't list this as a perk for staying there. I'm spending 4 nights at the GCH in October and would be thrilled if we had more than one opportunity to use EE (other than the one that comes with the Park Hopper Bonus)

Has anyone been there recently who can vouch for unlimited EE for Disney hotel guests?

It appears that they just started including EE as a perk for on-site guests. I read about it on these boards for the first time a couple of weeks ago, and was able to use it last week. I used my PH early entry on Thursday, before I checked in to the GCH. On Sat., I showed my white "Credit Card" GCH identification card upon entry. The CM taking the passes was confused and not aware of the EE for hotel guests, and noted that the PH had already showed that EE had been used. But he asked the CM Supervisor who confirmed that Disney hotel guests had EE rights for all days that EE is offered. I have a feeling that if I had entered at the monorail station rather than the main entrance, the CM would have known about this new benefit for on-site guests.

Now, I can't guarantee that they will continue this perk through October, but I think it's a good bet.

Thanks CalGal! Did they tell you about this new perk when you checked in to the GCH?

No, they did not tell me when I checked in, and I neglected to ask. I only knew about it because I read it here.

I called my AAA agent last week and she called the hotel. It's confirmed. EE to resort guests each day the park is open for EE until further notice. That just means ask when you get there. Ask anything you can think of when you get there because things change all the time and are not documented so they can remove it at will. Not all CMs know very much also. Keep asking. I found 1 out of 5 knows what is going on and they know absolutely nothing about the AAA Exclusive Fastpass. Have fun! :sunny:

Yes- We entered through the maingate, but we saw the monorail delivering EE guests as well. It looked as though the first monorail would arrive at Tomorrowland at the same time as the first guests were allowed to ener the main gate.
