So it turns out that certain strollers are not allowed at Disney, I purchased a stroller for nephew, that looked more like a wagon than a stroller. These are not allowed at Disney unless you can push them, you aren't allowed to pull the unit. With that being said, when I go to the parks I usually grab an ECV as i can't walk for very long due to my severe asthma (literally have to take my neb to the park and everything). On Amazon I found an umbrella that I can mount to the ECV to beat the summer heat in FL, you think ill have a problem bringing it into the park and mounting it?

I'm not trying to pull anything......
I need a small roof attachment for an electric wheelchair, so the sun doesn't beat on me. I need to know if disney offers add ons to there electric wheelchairs in which the have some with a chair cover?

No but off sight venders do they really are not as helpful as you think

UncleMike101 the problem that i have had with companies outside of Disney is that that rent you the chairs, charge a lot to deliver the chair to the park.

The Gold Mobility vendor that is discussed in the thread that I linked does not charge for delivery or pickup and they will deliver to almost anywhere in the Orlando area including all of the Disney Resorts.
The linked thread goes into detail about the services offered by Gold mobility and has received a lot of good revues from DIS members.

Not all companies charge for delivery. Get a Disney approved company and they will deliver to the park or any Disney resort for no charge.

Here is a list of ECV vender most have sun shade that can be added
++ power wheelchairs for experienced renters

They rent ECVs, standing ECVs, manual wheelchairs, single and double strollers (weight limit to 60 pounds).
From what I can tell, this company provides strollers, wheelchairs and ECVs for the WDW parks; and probably pool chairs. They also rent the large grey ECVs that can be rented in the parks, plus a form of Standing ECV that guests can drive from a standing position. Here is a link to a thread about them, with pictures.
Vendors not on the Featured Provider List:
The specific companies are listed because DIS posters have used and recommended them over the years. The companies with little feedback are listed along with that information.
We will NOT list a company on the FAQs thread without a significant number of recommendations from established posters. Also, some companies encourage/promote allowing children to ride as passengers on scooters. We will not knowinglypost a link to any company that encourages behavior that is unsafe and companies that manufacture ECVs specifically warn against in their instruction manuals.

Believe it or not, they are getting very lax about the wagon/stroller deal. I have seen many pull along wagons at the parks on our last few trips. I don't have any idea why or how they are getting by/in but no one is stopping them. It was just one or two but now it's quite a few. It's always the types that have a folding frame and canvas outside, not the red old fashion wagons.

I hope you've seen now that this is not the case. Almost 100% of the time, off site rentals are cheaper. Plus, you get the ECV for getting to and from the resort, not just in the parks. When I needed one for my mother, a rental company was a much better option than an on site ECV, both for connivence and price. Just like with strollers. In case you weren't aware, many of these same companies rent strollers too. Apple is one I've used for both strollers and ECV
