Anyone have any experience with this? DH broke a toe months ago, and now doctors have decided he must wear a cast up to his knee! He has arranged for an ECV at Shades of Green. What's the best way to get back and forth to the parks? He thinks he will just ride the ECV from SOG to the Poly, and then catch the monorail there, but if I have to walk back and forth from SOG to the Poly 2 or more times a day, plus walk around the parks all day, I may need an ECV myself!
Do the busses at SOG have ECV access? I guess he could use the wheelchair lift if they have one. He can walk very short distances with crutches, but I do not want to have to break down and put together an ECV myself. If we go to AK or MGM, will it be best to take the SOG bus to the TTC, and then get on a Disney bus?
Also, do we need to get a GAC in the parks, or will that not be necessary, since his injury is apparent?
