ECV rentals for Disney

We are going to Disney in Dec and I will have just had knee surgury in Nov so I am curious about renting one of these for our trip. What is usually the cost and where are the reputable places to get them. Also can they be taken on the cruise as we will be doing a 3 day Disney cruise during this trip.

Thanks so much I appreciate teh help. I have my initial surgury on the cartalidge in March then the ACL and MCL are repaired in Nov.
