My mom and I are headed down to Disney the end of March/first of April and it will be my mom's first trip using an ECV. She has 2 torn tendons in her foot and for right now is putting off surgery. She is good to walk short distances (like a trip to the grocery store thing like that) but an entire day at Disney is another story. I have finally convinced her to let me rent her an ECV for this trip. My question is where in the parks can you park them? Can you park them in the stroller parking areas? I know my mom will want to park it and walk some to stretch her legs and to shop. She loves to wander through the shops, and I know she will want to leave the ECV behind. She has already told me HS isn't "that big", so she can probably leave it in the room that day, lol! I just know if I have a plan where she can still tour as close to how she normally does as possible, including walking some, she will be more inclined to use it and not further injure her foot. Thanks in advance!

My question is where in the parks can you park them? Can you park them in the stroller parking areas?

1) Yes.
2) She would use the designated stroller parking areas.
3) Outside of some stores/shops, there might not be stroller parking and she would have to navigate it.
4) However, all rides have a parking area.

Thanks so much! One more question, are there stroller parking areas along the world showcase in Epcot? I honestly can not remember. We have a couple of dinner reservations here and it might be easier to park outside at walk to the restaurants? Also, thinking this is an area where mom might like to park for a minute to stroll through some shops.

you can all ways ask a CM where can we park the ECV my mom would like to walk some and the CM will tell you where you can park it

for most places to eat I think you have to park the ECV some where as they would not fit inside a restaurant so no problem there

as fair as HS I would just tell you mom to take it with her as a few days of walking all though some might catch up with her and it would be better to have it near by and not need it then to leave it and need it.

and for your first question there are some places like by the people move in tomorrow land that is only for ECV since it it closer to the ride and under cover but you can all ways park it in the stroller parking

Thanks for all the information. We have never used one before, and I knew if I had some sort of plan that mom would be more willing to use it! Thanks!
