:confused3 I will be going to DW in November and renting an ECV from an outside source. I am not disabled, just having some walking issues,so I don't have a handicap tag and really don't want to abuse the system. Therefore, when going to MK can I be dropped off at the TTC so we can park the car in the regular parking? :confused3

Yes. If the person driving stays to the right after the toll boths. At the traffic light make a left as if going to Poly/GF. About halfway along Seven Seas Logoon (and before the Poly) will be a right turn to the drop-off area.

After you are let out the driver will go back out from this area, pass the Poly, and turn left toward the exit. Around the time they pass the Car Care Center will be a crossover where they can get back into the flow of the incoming traffic without having to go through the toll both again.

If you will be staying on property it is much easier to use Disney Transportation to get to MK. For any of the other parks you can tell the people directing in Parking that you have an ECV but do not have a handicap tag. They will normally direct you in the direction of Medical Parking but tell you to park in a spot marked "Reserved" at the end of a row so you will not need a tram.
