Here are some pictures of the monorail process:
This is at the TTC monorail station, but all are similar. Look for a chained off area with a wheelchair symbol.

The ramp is stored in the accessible boarding area. You can see the edge of the ramp on the left side of this photo. It's the yellow and orange striped thing.

This shows the CM putting out the ramp. All passengers get on the door on one side and exit on the other side of the monorail.

This shows the car right before DD pulled in with her wheelchair.

This is a great relief. Now I can buy the Hopper Pass and go between MK and Epcot without any problem.
