FOP = Flight of Passage, the ride in Animal Kingdom's Pandora.
Can an ECV go into the standby line to ride the FOP? Or do I need to transfer to a manual wheelchair?
I should have stayed and asked to sit with those that did not want to ride just to see what everyone riding was going to see while they were riding.
I didn't know they had an area for that! Where is it? Do you get glasses?

If you don’t ride and are waiting inside the attraction for someone, your wait is in a fairly boring room just outside of the exit from the ride room.
If you are using an ECV, they will have you pull all the way thru the ride room and park your ECV there. It will be waiting there for you when you get off.
On the plus side, there is plenty of space, there are benches and water fountains.
Thanks Sue! So, I guess there isn't a viewing area. Rats, my husband would have liked that - the moving 3D stuff makes him very sick.
But that wall color where the water fountains are - looks like a subway, and makes me think I'd not want to drink out of the fountains, LOL!
Just note while the ECV can go though the lines it can not go though the Pre show two at lest 5 minute video. They do have wheelchair if you can not stand for 10+ minutes ( sometimes longer if the ride is delayed more then likely due to someone not fitting)
But a really fun ride
...I will try again in December....
Rather than going thru the whole line again, there is a sample ride banshee (vehicle) outside the attraction near the entrance that you could try to see if the fit works. I know another post had mentioned that it lacked the support that comes up automatically just before the ride starts, but someone replied that there's a back support that a cast member can manually manipulate.
Hi, richmo.
I tried that by myself, but no one was around to help me. I thought that I had fit, but I couldn't reach around and figure out how to raise the back rest seat part by myself. It was almost closing time and it was raining on and off, so I am sure the cast members were busy getting ready doing closing the park type duties.
I enjoyed going through the queue. It seemed very long. I just wish that I could have fit in the ride. In December, I'll go earlier to see if I see a cast member to help me fit in the sample banshee ride.
