Last night DH said we should have done early dining! UGH. We always end up with late since I was a cast member. We leave in 10 days. I am not switching, but am now regretting eating so late. We usually sleep in till 10ish, so it works out to eat a late breakfast, grab a snack later and then do dinner late. He said he is sad we are always so full on Pirate night. I said we should just skip dinner that night. Plus it seems like the party is happening at early dining. O well. Maybe next time.

Also does anyone know if we can see our rotation online? I also can’t find tablemates. I had our TA do it and I just want to double check we are on the rotation everyone wanted. I know there was a way, but I scrolled back and can’t find it. Can someone point me in the right direction.


Plus I am getting sick. I hope it hit quickly and is gone by the time we leave. After Thanksgiving lunch DH’s nephew said they had all been sick the last week. Their little girl ended up with a fever about 1 hour after we ate and had to leave. The boy was also still sick. I do not want to be sick on our trip.

OMG...NO! Tell your mom I am praying for a quick recovery. I know first hand how miserable the back pain is. We will miss you on this cruise if you don't come, but I love England so you would enjoy that also.

RE: Santa Clause. DD is 10 and I'm not sure if she ever believed in it. She never bothered writing to Santa or leaving him cookies and milk. She never asks if he's coming or questions whether he's real. Personally I think she figured it out years ago when Santa made an appearance at a camp out. I had to scramble to get him a gift to give to DD. I ended up grabbing one from our stash of gifts. When DD got her gift, she made an observation that Santa uses the same wrapping paper as we do - she was barely four then. Maybe she figured that as long as she doesn't say anything, the gifts will keep coming.

The FE has been closed for awhile but about a half dozen cabins wanted to join after the deadline. Folks with extras volunteered to deliver to them. Dhogue was organizing it, but then she had to cancel her cruise due to illness. I'm not sure who is handling it now, but if you let folks know your cabin number, I'm sure you will get many surprises!

I've got one extra DCL lanyard (before the whole silver/gold/platinum thing) and one CC silver without a card holder and 8 generic black lanyards with vertical card holders on them. I'll see about getting some landscape cardholders at the store...I think they are cheap. I'll bring these along too.

Speaking of name cards, I made another batch last night - we're over 200 cards now. Tonight I also plan to make our door magnets.

Finally got our room assignments!! It's our first Disney Cruise so I didn't have any expectations, would have loved connecting rooms but am very grateful my rooms are next to each other. One of my rooms is a connecting room but connects to someone elses cabin! Anyone have cabin 2109? I have the other half 2107!

Chrissy - We'll be on the late dining too! I know my kids won't stay up for the shows if we do the Early, plus DH & I prefer to eat later (although who knows how we'll all do with the time change). We're letting Disney assign us, but perhaps we'll end up together!
ETA - We also requested Dining Rotation 3. With the light passenger load on the ship, and the few people signed up for late dining, I wonder if the dining rooms will feel empty?

Thanks! I do know they are on the site. I just wanted to make sure my TA actually did it. I am sure she did, just the worrywart in me. I may call just to make sure it all worked out.

I know that the greenback is welcome in Mexico, but I was Wonder-ing about Columbia.

We have booked a tour through Lee Myles and he specifically asked that he be paid in US currency. Saved us a lot of money over a comparable tour with DCL. My only problem is I wanted to zip line in PV and it seems to be sold out. Anyone have any suggestions?

I am also fighting off the sniffles before the cruise. I have had my 6 year old granddaughter who has bacterial pneumonia all week. So today I made a huge pot of chicken noodle soup to ward off the nasty sniffles. Just standing over the stockpot stirring has made me feel better. Good health to us all. Sherry

What I requested for the early group was dining rotation 3, which is Parrot's/Triton's/Animator.

We're 6313/6311 for now... We only have one FE bag, and it will be on one of the doors (we planned on using just one cabin).

This brings up a question for me for those of you doing the FE exchange that have more than one cabin.

If you've listed yourself on the FE spreadsheet as two cabins (there are about 10 of you), does that mean you're giving/receiving at both cabins? Or will you just have one FE? I just want to make sure I have enough and/or don't bring oodles of extras. (Hey - I'm not taking my own gifts back home!)

Started With A Mouse - you're actually only on the spreadsheet once so that goes perfectly with what you've said above. But I just want to clarify for everyone else cause I'm kinda OCD that way.
