I bought a lot of 6 pairs of pants. I paid less than $5 for the lot + $9 shipping, here are the results and the email I sent the seller (450+, 100% positive):

Got these pants today - Thanks for the quick ship! I anticipated throwing the black ones away, keeping the rest.
Issues:
2) Blue CALVIN 10, excellent condition -have been altered in length - 4 inches shorter than a pair of Old Navy size 10's
3) Blue CLASS CLUB 12S, excellent condition -these are faded to a gray color
4) Blue EASY FIT GAP 10H, excellent condition -VERY faded
5) Khaki ARROW 12S, excellent condition - this is the only pair I will be able to use from this set
6) Khaki BUGLE BOY 10R, excellent condition in great shape,6 inches shorter than the Old Navy size 10's I have
I do not know what the solution is - I would have very likely bid on the Arrow Khaki colored pants - and paid the flat rate shipping for them. If I had known these other pants were worn and altered, I wouldn't have bid on the lot.
I'd like to come to a resolution that would make this a mutually satisfactory transaction.
Thank You.
Tina
*I copied her auction description to send the first email* I sent that on Wednesday, with no response, so today I resent it , here is her response:
Hello....I'm sorry that you had a problem with the pants. I thought that I described them well. What can I do to resolve this for you?
So, I'm ending up paying $12 for one pair of pants. Too much for an ebay auction! Resolution suggestions, anyone? I know the $$ isn't that much, but the auction was deliberately misleading!
