If I don't feel I can leave positive feedback for someone, but can't/don't want to leave negative, I just don't leave them feedback at all.

Things like this are why I hardly ever sell anything on EBay anymore. I have gotten burned so many times in the past, that I tend to use Craigslist more these, or good ol' fashioned word of mouth.

Then you'll hear the people who will NEVER use craigslist again because they've been burnt...

ANYTIME you deal with people you can have issues, either as a seller or a buyer. I live off of eBay, I've seen it ALL, and I stay with it because it's a source of income for me, not just a joke.

You can have major issues at a B&M or any other source of buy and sell, it's the nature of the beast. The one thing I enjoy about eBay is it WILL be resolved sooner or later, but they do have processes, as most places do.

So glad you resolved this but I never consider a transaction resolved until I'm paid, they have the item and they've posted feedback. YOU do not have to post anything.
