Ebay Users - Non Paying Bidders?

I have been selling a lot of things on ebay recently and am having some problems with 2 bidders. How long should I wait for payment or some type of correspondence from the bidders? (One bidder has a zero and the sunglasses symbol by her name...she bought 2 items from me.) The other has decent feedback but for a week has not returned any of my emails.

Any suggestions? How long should I wait before relisting the items and taking further action?

You need to go read eBay's non-paying bidder suggestions.

I send an invoice within 3 days. If I don't get a response after 5 days, I send a second request. If after 5 days I don't get a response, I put in the complaint with eBay, who sends a request demanding payment for me. They require you wait 10 days after they send it in. If I still get no response after eBay's required 10 days, I request eBay to refund my commissions and I relist the item and I leave negative feedback.

It is Spring Break for many people; they may have gone out of town or not received your first email.
