ebay shipping question

I just an offer for an item I have on ebay--when I went to review offer it said ship to the netherlands

I have sent things through the global shipping and everything went real smooth--but with those they just put in the price I was asking and did not submit an offer so I dint know it was international until I was getting to ship

this time my item was marked for send best offer which is the way I listed it so now I know its international

but now Im hopping it goes global international--Id like to find this out before I accept the offer

I guess my question that if I have marked that Ill ship international that its automatic and ebay will take care of this--I hope this makes some sense

When you listed it, did you click on "global shipping program" or whatever link there was to click for shipping? When I sell on ebay (very rare), I always check "no international shipping"
