ebay Selling Help-Need Quick Answer!

I block bidders with zero feedback. I don't think I'd feel comfortable shipping the tickets to a hotel in Florida, to a UK buyer with zero feedback. I don't think there's any way to protect yourself. PayPal offers the seller some protection but you must ship to a confirmed address.

Thanks Tracey - I have had a bad feeling about this one from the beginning. I tried to communicate with the buyer who kept on asking for questions but I have now just filed to cancel the transaction. I am hoping that they allow it to be canceled as quickly as possible so that I can put this experience behind me.

I used to sell on ebay all the time (many years ago) but this has been a real learning experience.

If the buy has paid for the tickets, and you are shipping to the US, I don't understand the problem would be?
Are there numbers on the ticket you can write down? that way if there is a dispute, you can call to see when the tickets were used. I have bought and sold tickets on ebay without any problems.

What if the buyer claims he never got the tickets? Or that someone hacked his PayPal account? My understanding was that PayPal would not even consider siding with the seller unless he/she had delivery confirmation AND shipped to a confirmed PayPal address.

I also thought that Disney would not give any ticket information out over the phone, including whether or not a ticket was valid or how many days were used.

I could be mistaken.

All a seller has to do is ship to the address from the paypal payment. As long as it says 'eligible for seller protection' in paypal you are good. And an address does not have to be confirmed for seller protection. So yes you can ship to a hotel address as long as that is the address on the paypal payment.
