Ebay questions for the experts

I have just started selling on e-bay to save some money for our next trip to Disney. So far everything has gone smooth until yesterday. I sold an item and the person was going to pay by paypal e-check. I received a notice from paypal on Jan 26 about the payment and that it takes about 4 days to clear.
So I was thinking normal banking hours which would be Monday the check should be cleared and I could ship the item. Well last night I went into my "sold" folder to check out another sold item and I noticed that under this persons info (the one with the e-check) she is now a non-
registered user. Will this have any reaction on the funds clearing from pay-pal? This woman has not been the easiest to get payment from so I want to keep on top of the situation. If the e-check doesn't clear can I relist my item?

If the e-check doesn't clear, then the buyer has not paid, send him an e-mail to that effect telling him that he/she can either issue you a money order within x number of days so that they have a chance to purchase the item. If they do not respond, you can tell ebay that this buyer has not paid for the items he bid on. They will refund you your fees. You can always relist your item. But let ebay know in order to protect other sellers. Giving him negative feedback is useful, but sometimes they just do the same to you and then you have to fight with ebay to clear it up. At least you didn't ship your things yet.

I have been in the same situation many times. If they already sent payment than it won't be any problem just wait until funds have cleared before you send them there item. Sometimes people become not a registered user(NARU) for small things and will be reinstated after a couple days so unless you do not receive payment I wouldn't leave negative feedback as if they do the same it will hurt you more than them.
