ebay question

okay I have bought alot of stuff off ebay over the years and never had a problem. I bought something large from a seller that will be coming from the warehouse directly. I asked if she could tell me when it would be shipped and a tracking number- this is what she emailed me:

Question about shipping for item #4373475032 - Little Tikes Mission Design Storage Center FREE S&HI can't alert every customer to be waiting for it to arrive but if you calculate 10-14 days from payment you should be within a day or two? The Fed Ex Ground driver will leave it at your door if it looks safe to do so. Thanks Julie

She should be able to give you a tracking number you can use at FedEx website to see your delivery status.

that was my thinking too. she was quite short with me after I sent my 1st email after I won. there was been some negative feedback since I won and its got my kinda nervous..

I agree that a tracking number should be given requested or not.
It does not seem you have anything to worry about with the seller though
Ebay can be a little nerve racking at times but over 99% of the transacations are lagit..
if you had something to worry about there would be a lot more negative and the person would not be a power seller
although they can be rude at times
