ebay question dont know where to ask?

Soooo I've been ebaying now for years have had no problems what so ever so far... til now... I bought something off ebay almost 2.5 weeks ago.. paid on time (with in 4 days I think limit was 7 days) Since then I emailed about 10 days after I sent payment to ask if they had been shipped yet. I'm in no rush, I'd just like to know if they are on their way or if there was a hold up.. I wouldn't even be mad if they weren't sent out yet... BUT I emailed 2 times now and no email back.. I did all my contact thru ebay itself.. but nothing back from the seller?? When do I look into other actions??

when I get worried about this type of thing I always go into their feedback and click on one of the feedback auction numbers and see when that auction ended and then look to see when that feedback was left, just to see if that is that sellers M.O. Some have a history of waiting a week or 2 to ship their items. If it turns out that that's the story then I wouldn't sweat it. If not, then I think in terms of Ebay, they have a month to deliver the goods before they will consider an item not received complaint.

If you paid by check the seller may be waiting for it to clear, but should have responded to your emails. I take personal checks and my auctions all state that I wait 10 business days for the check to clear before mailing the item.

There is a way to get phone number for seller. Try that if emails aren't being answered.

paid with paypal.. eeks I can't believe people use checks for stuff! She finally made contact with me tonight! Thanks!
